Exceeded my expectations! These guys showed up day after Thanksgiving ready to work. Worth the amount paid for their service. They worked hard for you, not just packing and moving, but they wanted to help unpack too. I did say no to unpacking as they worked hard for me two days straight. Mike Rivera of Ferguson Moving and Storage brought my grandmother's 114-year-old grand piano halfway across the country and delivered it in perfect shape. He and his colleague took extreme care in unloading the piano and setting it up, to protect both the piano and our wooden floor. They were extremely friendly and professional, and knew what they were doing. Our family has often used Ferguson's over the years in moving from one house to another, and have always been impressed by their professionalism and dedication.

We would definitely move with John Ferguson Moving again!!! They were on time, they worked hard to get the job done and loaded. Furthermore, we arranged for them to be at our new home and they were there again right on time and worked hard to do everything that we asked them accomplish. There was no damage to speak of, and even the boxes that we packed were in good shape. All of our goods were accounted for. Great price, a great moving company, and good people!!! What else can you want???

They assisted me in moving a piano and were able to accommodate me in very short notice. Mike helped me to obtain a quick quote, and scheduling the move. While there was a bit of a wait time as soon as the movers showed, everything went by pretty quick. The moving team were super courteous and professional. Will definitely consider them in the future. John Ferguson Moving & Storage was literally the answer to our prayers.My daughter and son-in-law had an horrific moving experience with another moving company who left about a third of the contents of their 3-bedroom home behind because it exceeded their over-the-phone estimate of their weight limit.My daughter had to report to her new job, so my husband and I told her we'd take care of getting the remainder of the contents of their home to them.We began our planning process to rent a truck, load it, and drive it to them from El Paso to North Carolina... until we received a flyer in my daughter's mailbox for John Ferguson Moving & Storage. Whether it was fate, or divine intervention, our prayers were answered. Mike provided an on-sight estimate and gave a very fair quote.I'm sorry that I did not get the names of the gentleman who helped with the first part of the move, but on Super Bowl Sunday, they showed up and did an outstanding job packing up the rest of the house. They never complained about carrying bookshelves and heavy items down a narrow staircase, and they were most appreciative of the meal we provided them; great group of guys!The second part of the move was just completed. Marcus and his crew delivered and set up the items. The hardware for mounting the television was misplaced during the move, and these gentleman went and purchased a kit to mount the television for them.My daughter is pregnant, and the help these gentleman provided her and my son-in-law is so greatly appreciated!We are so satisfied with this moving company, that we have scheduled a local move with them for next week.Thank you, Mr. Ferguson, Mike, Marcus, and ALL of the crew that helped with both moves. As always, John Ferguson Moving and Storage did an excellent job. This time it was to unload a rental truck that we brought from Ft. Worth. Have had them move numerous items for me and they have done many moves in town and across the country for friends. They are always courteous, professional and hard working. Excellent Moving Company! I was sent two movers (Koker & Jolley) who both rock!! They moved a Washer, Dryer, King Size Bed with Mattress, and Entertainment Stand from a 2-story home to a 2-story apartment from Far East all the way to Central El Paso under 2 hours with NO damage!!! Not to mention the bed needed to be taken apart and re-set up as well as setting up the washer and dryer. I will definitely be requesting this moving company and those 2 movers on my next move. They were very fast and friendly!

Packers were timely and professional. Most packing was done, but they finished the job in one day. Loading and moving was the second day. Everything went smoothly. Just took quite some time only because our furniture is VERY heavy and large. Brought in second truck the same evening to finish loading everything. All items stored in their cold storage until we closed on the new house (a few days later). Unloading was quick, they came earlier than expected, which was fine, the new crew for unloading were extremely professional and efficient. The crew of four finished unloading everything and set up beds in five hours.Nothing broken, minor dings on patio furniture and some artwork wasn’t wrapped as it should have been, but all is good. Only one incident but was resolved by management. I recommend using John Ferguson Moving for your next move.

Moving is always stressful. Working with a company that listens, is responsive and ensures quality service greatly reduces the stress. We hired John Ferguson to pack, load, store and deliver to two different locations just over 18,000 lbs of household goods. A complicated move.We are a military family that has moved often and have seen the best and the worst of this industry. Our move with John Ferguson was hands down the best move we’ve ever had.Our pack and load took a bit longer than usual as the crew was smaller than we’ve had in the past. They communicated well with us — showing up when they said they would and making adjustments when we felt things needed to be done differently.Usually when our household goods have gone into storage we’ve seen a painful amount of damage. This time we only had almost no damage! This was such an easy experience from start to finish. Scott was my liaison to set up everything. Then on move day- my movers were Mike, Carlos and Carlos. They were awesome!!! This was our first time using John Ferguson Moving. We moved from El Paso to San Antonio. It started with a recommendation from my friend, and after spending some time reading Google reviews and getting three quotes from different Companies, we decided to go with Ferguson. The quote from Scott and John Ferguson Jr. was the highest price I would pay, but depending on the weight the price would drop. So I made sure to get rid of as many things as possible, and my price dropped $800 dollars!!! I was very organized and well packed by the time the truck and crew arrived. I got my boxes from Walmart and Amazon, and having more or less the same sizes in boxes, makes this so much easier for all. I received text and emails with updates on The Move day, and had an arrival time from 8-10 am. At 7-45 am on Thursday, I got a call letting me know they would arrive at 9 am. And they did. Angel was in charge of it all, and within less than 3 hours they were done. Packed our sectional, TV’s, dressers, art decoration, etc. in plastic wrap or blankets. The pick up went smoothly. This was Thursday morning, and I was hoping for them to arrive on Friday, to get this done as soon as possible, but due to other issues, they were not able to do so, but at the end, it worked out even better for me, since I was able to fly out to San ANTONIO and get things organized and cleaned up before they got there. I had to work Saturday at 12 pm, so I asked Angel if he could drop off very early. So Saturday morning, he texted me at 6:30 am… ready to deliver!!! That was AMAZING!!! If pick up was great… drop off was phenomenal.. he and his brothers, Isaac and Kain, did all in less than three hours!!! Super kind, helped me put together some items I needed help with, and always asking if we needed anything else. I was impressed. So, thank you all!!! And if you read this till the end…. I DO RECOMMEND JOHN FERGUSON. Thank you all, and God Bless you.

The movers did an outstanding job moving, disassembling and reassembling all the items we asked. Victor and Lencho were very courteous and professional throughout the whole process and took great care when moving our items. The estimate process and scheduling the move could not have been simpler or more pleasant. We had our move scheduled and at the last minute our closing date changed! Yikes, I thought but rescheduling was the easiest of all the dozens of other tasks that needed rescheduling. Christine was so professional. I called in a bit of a panic because I needed to move a baby grand piano in a short time frame. From the first person, I spoke to to the gentleman that showed up to the house to move the piano. They all were very professional, very courteous and respectful of my late grandfathers, baby grand piano as if it was one of their own. So thank you for working with the timeframe that I had.
