I can’t say enough good things about John Ferguson himself, his workers and his company. John first came to our house for an estimate. He was on time and the estimate he gave me was almost exactly what the final total for the move was. John was then very accommodating as we had to reschedule the move not once but twice due to delays on our end.When moving day arrived the workers who came were like a machine. They worked non stop for over 12 hours. I was skeptical the move could be accomplished in one day but I’m very glad I was proven wrong. All the furniture, boxes and especially my kids playground set arrived in great shape and was reassembled by his movers.All in all it was a great experience. I hope we are in our forever house but I know if I ever need to move again, John Ferguson will be my first call.

Appt was made for John to come over and check out our yard before they moved our hot tub we had purchased.They set up time and day once the hot tub was delivered to the local office then the moving company brought it over to our home.They were very professional and right on time. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends !
Everything associated with our move was handled perfectly by John Ferguson and his team. Every issue you can think of involving the move, and lot of things not directly involving the move were handled seamlessly and all our stress just disappeared. At the new location Marcus handled the unload and set up with no issues whatsoever. The crew with the move - packing and unloading - were quick and efficient. We hired John Ferguson Moving & Storage to move our belongings from a Las Cruces storage facility to our new home in Las Cruces. We had moved from Chicago in November and put all our belongings into local storage until we found a permanent place. The national mover we had hired for the Chicago to LC move was horrific on many levels and left us quite concerned about moving again, even the short distance from the storage facility to our new home. What a difference working with John Ferguson and company was. We shared our disappointment with the prior national moving company and they really heard us. Dan and Sanchez are the best! They clearly took the time and patience to treat our goods as we would. They truly took care of us.If we had known that John Ferguson M&S could have moved us from Chicago to LC we would have hired them and not that other company we allied ourselves with.Cannot thank you all enough, especially Dan and Sanchez!

Mike Rivera of Ferguson Moving and Storage brought my grandmother's 114-year-old grand piano halfway across the country and delivered it in perfect shape. He and his colleague took extreme care in unloading the piano and setting it up, to protect both the piano and our wooden floor. They were extremely friendly and professional, and knew what they were doing. Our family has often used Ferguson's over the years in moving from one house to another, and have always been impressed by their professionalism and dedication.

We would definitely move with John Ferguson Moving again!!! They were on time, they worked hard to get the job done and loaded. Furthermore, we arranged for them to be at our new home and they were there again right on time and worked hard to do everything that we asked them accomplish. There was no damage to speak of, and even the boxes that we packed were in good shape. All of our goods were accounted for. Great price, a great moving company, and good people!!! John Ferguson Moving & Storage was literally the answer to our prayers.My daughter and son-in-law had an horrific moving experience with another moving company who left about a third of the contents of their 3-bedroom home behind because it exceeded their over-the-phone estimate of their weight limit.My daughter had to report to her new job, so my husband and I told her we'd take care of getting the remainder of the contents of their home to them.We began our planning process to rent a truck, load it, and drive it to them from El Paso to North Carolina... until we received a flyer in my daughter's mailbox for John Ferguson Moving & Storage. Whether it was fate, or divine intervention, our prayers were answered. Mike provided an on-sight estimate and gave a very fair quote.I'm sorry that I did not get the names of the gentleman who helped with the first part of the move, but on Super Bowl Sunday, they showed up and did an outstanding job packing up the rest of the house. They never complained about carrying bookshelves and heavy items down a narrow staircase, and they were most appreciative of the meal we provided them; great group of guys!The second part of the move was just completed. Marcus and his crew delivered and set up the items. The hardware for mounting the television was misplaced during the move, and these gentleman went and purchased a kit to mount the television for them.My daughter is pregnant, and the help these gentleman provided her and my son-in-law is so greatly appreciated!We are so satisfied with this moving company, that we have scheduled a local move with them for next week.Thank you, Mr. Ferguson, Mike, Marcus, and ALL of the crew that helped with both moves. I was really worried about my stuff getting damaged or if the guys were going to be lazy but not all they were very fast very respectful good group of guys a joy to have them they wrapped every sing le thing up to make sure nothing was damaged everything was good would definitely recommend
We have used John many times. Currently we are waiting for our new mountain home to be completed. John was able to store our furnishings until we are ready for them. We wouldn't trust our personal belongings with anyone else.

Excellent Moving Company! I was sent two movers (Koker & Jolley) who both rock!! They moved a Washer, Dryer, King Size Bed with Mattress, and Entertainment Stand from a 2-story home to a 2-story apartment from Far East all the way to Central El Paso under 2 hours with NO damage!!! Not to mention the bed needed to be taken apart and re-set up as well as setting up the washer and dryer. I will definitely be requesting this moving company and those 2 movers on my next move. They were very fast and friendly!

Packers were timely and professional. Most packing was done, but they finished the job in one day. Loading and moving was the second day. Everything went smoothly. Just took quite some time only because our furniture is VERY heavy and large. Brought in second truck the same evening to finish loading everything. All items stored in their cold storage until we closed on the new house (a few days later). Unloading was quick, they came earlier than expected, which was fine, the new crew for unloading were extremely professional and efficient. The crew of four finished unloading everything and set up beds in five hours.Nothing broken, minor dings on patio furniture and some artwork wasn’t wrapped as it should have been, but all is good. Only one incident but was resolved by management. I recommend using John Ferguson Moving for your next move.

We hired John Ferguson to pack, load, store and deliver to two different locations just over 18,000 lbs of household goods. A complicated move.We are a military family that has moved often and have seen the best and the worst of this industry. Our move with John Ferguson was hands down the best move we’ve ever had.Our pack and load took a bit longer than usual as the crew was smaller than we’ve had in the past. They communicated well with us — showing up when they said they would and making adjustments when we felt things needed to be done differently.Usually when our household goods have gone into storage we’ve seen a painful amount of damage. This time we only had almost no damage!
